pests galore but love my unit

Pros

-rent stabilized -close to multiple subway stops -central to soho, east village, and chinatown -quiet (my unit is in the back) -decent closet space + built in storage -clean bathroom with window

Cons

-pests, pests, PESTS 😭 -from roaches to fruit flies to centipedes to spiders you will see it all (building is infested with German roaches) -no buzzer (but at least packages never get stolen!) -really soaks up the heat in the summer -have to pay with a cashiers check irl -no pets allowed :(
