Short and sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management has been around for years so they are aware of building issues and how to fix them.
Cons:
They’ve been around and will only fix the items they feel are urgent. They also tend to delay repairs and do a half ass job. Most times it is a temporary fix and you will be calling them back in few months or weeks to fix it again.
Advice to owner:
Treat all the tenants equally in terms of repairs and service responses.

Overall a good experience. Responsive management, super lived next door and neighbors were good.

Too many Roaches

Invest in better exterminators
