Small apartment in great location

Pros:
It was relatively quiet (I was in the room NOT facing the street) and my apartment had quite modern finishings. The location was quite convenient, with access to 2 Av F, Prince St RW, and Broadway Lafayette BDFM6.
Cons:
No elevator or laundry with narrow stairs. The trash room is on the ground floor and was quite small, there would always be boxes piled up inside. Packages would sometimes be stolen or broken into if left outside. My room was extremely small and faced a brick wall so I got no sunlight, same with the window in the kitchen/living room.
