Fantastic Management for a Starter Apartment

Pros

Management and super are incredibly kind and responsive. Very accommodating when it came to things like hiring exterminator or replacing apartment items. Building is also a good distance from the F, B, D, and 6 trains

Cons

The building’s age is fairly obvious - stairs definitely need replacing, and we dealt with a mice issue early on
