Great location and easy trash management. Easy call box access that can be connected to your phone number.
Cons:
Management was very hard to get a hold of and never responded to emails. They just kept playing phone tag between two front desk people and would never put me in contact with their managers. Our water was out for over a month at a time due to the pump being broken and they barely cared to fix it. I had to follow up with them multiple times and even show up in person at their leasing office to demand money off rent for the water problem. The first door to the building is unlocked to the public and the second door is locked. One time a homeless man took a shit in their and smeared it all over the wall and the door handle. Management did clean that up pretty quickly though.
