    Beautiful apartment with good sized living space

    Super small (6 units), responsive and very understanding landlords (no management company), quiet/respectful neighbors
    Cons:
    Super doesn't live in the building so it can take some time to schedule something to get fixed. Garbage is stored in the building so it can smell occasionally.
