Great neighborhood in a convenient location.
Building management isn’t great. Slow to respond, makes you pay rent by mailing checks… which they have have lost and I’ve had to resend a new one, they will raise the rent every year. Water heat goes out all the time for hours. Also, the building is a mix of different age groups in a busy area so it can get very loud.
