    Pretty decent Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Wonderful location, nice quiet neighbors, nice landlord, pet friendly.
    Cons:
    At one point there was a bug problem, but it was fixed rather soon. Old building, leaks, some of the building things are in bad condition but the building is old.
