No frills apartment

Pros:
Great location and well maintained in many ways. Friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Laundry facilities not well maintained, it is an old building so there have been issues with apartment appliances
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry machines often and be more responsive to tenants
