Great Location, Psycho Landlord
Pros
Couldn’t be a better location, great size for the price
Cons
Can be loud but that comes with the territory, landlord is petty and rude, didn’t return well over a third of the security deposit and listed out items like “light bulbs” for $75, went crazy when we negotiated rent, didn’t repair the stove for months at one point and offered no dollars off rent or a hot plate or anything.
Advice to the owners
Tenants are people too. Treat them with the same respect you demand from them, and don’t nickel and dime young people without a lot of money who are good tenants.
