Pros

Generally quiet, responsive-enough super, people say hi in the stairwell :) Easy to get pest and maintenance issues addressed! Generous rent grace period and understanding management!

Cons

Saw a roach the other week but we live above a bar... what to do? The live-in super isn't ALWAYS at beck and call. It feels like nobody knows their neighbors but that's probably true of most buildings. No roof access is super disappointing :(

Put a stronger effort into creating centralized communication between tenants! Open the roof up!
