Run away from this place

Pros:
Studio is a decent size for Manhattan
Cons:
My unit has a mice problem, the bathroom is nearly falling apart (leaky toilet, gravel falling from the ceiling, and BLACK MOLD growing in the shower) overall not worth the $$$. Building doesn’t really care at all.

Pros:
Mgmt is decent for NYC. They have a property mgmt team that responds to calls/ and fixes things in an “okay” manner. Quiet if you are NOT street facing. Except the St Dymphanas bar can be a bit loud on weekends, though not a big issue.
Cons:
Very loud if street facing. You’ll hear crackheads, drunkies, restaurant goers, trucks, everything. Its St Marks though what did you expect. Would not live here if I was street facing tbh. The tour is always on a nice, quiet afternoon so you won’t realize it until you moved in. Beware. Their main super can be pretty dumb though, had to fix some minor things myself.

Very loud because of location… you need earplugs or white noise, especially on weekends
