Landlord illegally charged for bedbug treatments

Pros

I loved the location. Used to be my favorite block in the EV.

Cons

There were bedbugs when I moved in. Landlord is legally responsible to covering all extermination costs. He took it out of the security deposit. Should have taken him to small claims court over it but I was so tired of fighting with him. I'm 100% sure he also did not disclose the bedbug status to the next tenants, which he was legally required to do. Don't rent here. It's filthy.
