Loved it here

Pros

Best landlords i've had in the city. Super responsive and helpful. No laundry but literally RIGHT next door to a laundromat so its basically like having laundry in the basement.

Building is right on 1st so it can be loud

The layout, light in the bathroom and all bedrooms, fire place in the bedroom, floors, a lot of kitchen storage

Cons

A lot of mice, got bed bugs while living here, right above a bar so the rooms facing the street are very noisy
