    Solid for the Neighborhood

    Pros:
    Was a nice apartment and the super was very responsive. Would have stayed longer if rents didn't spike so aggressively post covid.
    Cons:
    Did have roaches once or twice, and street facing rooms were plenty noisy, though to be expected given the location.
