Great location, non-existent maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, that's about it
Cons:
The building has legit never been cleaned. The garbage is kept inside on the first floor, and is NEVER taken out. It piles up so high for days/ weeks and especially during the summer, the smell is unbearable. The super will never ever respond to you, nor will management. There are a few long-term rent stabilized residents in the building that made living in the building very uncomfortable.
Advice to owner:
The building has a lot of potential if there was even an ounce of care put into maintenance of the building

Great block, horrible management co
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Interesting layout of units.
Cons:
NOT clean. Floors hadn't been cleaned in the year that I lived there. Trash would often pile up and rodents moved in.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your building and make improvements to the units.
