    Nice super, great price, amazing location, regular pest control / no bug or rodent issues
    Cons:
    Very small rooms/bathrooms, no living area, radiator leaked once but was fixed promptly

    Frequent maintenance issues (they always get addressed though)

    Excellent location but limited apartment space.

    Great location. Close to parks and excellent food. Near the L subway
    Cons:
    Very small, but that’s what you’ll find everywhere is this area. Hallways can be dirty at times. Area around the building can be dangerous late at night.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the hallways more often

    - plenty of natural light - affordable for the area - responsive maintenance
    Cons:
    - heat turned on and off by the building (boiler in the basement) means you have no control - no elevator - packages are stolen often when left in the foyer - no built-in closets
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing

    Pros:
    very well maintained common spaces. Family management that is very responsive.
    Cons:
    Pest control does come but I would get mice on occasion.
