    Great for new grads!

    Gut renovated apartments
    Cons:
    My neighbor in 3D smokes every day and it reeks in my apartment. Management has done nothing about it. Packages get stolen all the time by neighbors, once I found packaging in my neighbor’s trash from a lost package I had.

    Share video footage of the lobby

    Noisy neighbors slamming doors all the time, slight cleanliness issues in halls and basement

    Walls are paper thin and there's club right next to building
