A good first apartment in NYC

Pros:
Amazing location, super convenient and surrounded by great restaurants and things to do.
Cons:
Packages stolen weekly. Everytime I went to get my package it had been already been torn open and left empty on the ground. People buzz anybody into the building.
Advice to owner:
Get a camera

Got this on a covid rent deal and lived on the ground floor. Everything was pretty good and the management seemed to responsive
