    Worst building and management company

    Pros:
    Location and honestly nothing else
    Cons:
    No heat and hot water for MONTHS and did nothing to address the situation despite complaining and following up regularly. They finally fixed it only after a film crew showed up to ask the manager what was going on. Had mice for months and homeless people broke into the building all the time. Elevator also shut down while people were in it multiple times

    Stop being a slum lord

    Cheap rent Roof access Elevator
    Cons:
    Poor management - once it rained really badly and the entire ceiling flooded. I raised it to the super who brushed it aside at first. Entire building was affected. Took a week and a half to be resolved. Pest issues - Caught mice at least 3 different times.

    Have better pest control

    I had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms.
    Cons:
    Everything was in disrepair
    Advice to owner:
    Paint the hallways. Move recycling outside. Install new intercom system. Hire a new super.
