Ongoing Mice Problem

Pros:
Building is fine. My unit has modern appliances and enough space.
Cons:
Ongoing mice problem throughout the whole building for 2+ years. It is still ongoing. Probably will never stop, considering every exterminator and even contractors have come and have no idea how the mice are entering.

Pros:
It was truly a great space for a few years that I lived in NYC! I loved having a corner unit, and the elevator and laundry in the building were so nice. Great natural light as well.
Cons:
The only thing was how tiny the space was and the lack of response from management. It was the smallest studio ever and after having the rent raised twice I just felt like it wasn't worth that price anymore. The super also took a while to get things done/wouldn't do things. I had broken screens in the apartment when I moved in and the super said I had to fix them on my own, it wasn't the building's responsibility. Small thing to fix so wasn't a huge deal just a bit annoying. And they took a month to fix my broken door knob. My next door neighbor also was extremely loud and played music at the most odd times!! But that's at no fault of the management company.
