Good management, fair rental price

Pros:
Didn’t raise rent for 3 years and offered a 2 year renewal with no rent raises. Management is super responsive about maintenance. Building is clean and well maintained. Laundry is included for $20 a month. Good virtual doorman.
Cons:
Flies would sometimes become an issue in laundry room downstairs
