Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 214 First Ave Loop in Manhattan highlight the convenient location near transit and amenities, efficient garbage management, good water pressure, and caring supers. However, challenges include occasional pest issues, noise levels, slow owner responsiveness, and security concerns like stolen packages and lack of cameras. While some praise the responsive management, others mention mold, roach problems, and maintenance delays. Solid B +
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, safe, secure. Super is an 80 yr old puerto rican man who prides himself in keeping the garbage area tidy. Convenient access to L train and all the best spots in the East Village. Never had any pest issues and minimal maintenance concerns
Cons:
VERY LOUD on 1st Avenue. I've gone deaf from all the honking.

Great super bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is amazing, very convenient. The super is live in which makes it easy if you have small issues with your unit, and he's very friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Management is a bit difficult to reach and doesn't accept venmo/zelle for rent payment which is a big inconvenience
