Nice apartments but rude management

Pros:
This building was relatively clean, conveniently located, and we enjoyed living here.
Cons:
We had a lot of maintenance issues while living there and management did not deal with them in a timely manner, or kindly. We also had packages stolen constantly and were told it was our problem to deal with. Every single appliance in our apartment broke at one point or required maintenance, and I felt that getting the issues dealt with properly was very difficult.
Advice to owner:
Handle things in a timely and efficient manner
