    -Great Location
    -Units have W/D
    -Small but good layout
    -Responsive maintenance
    Cons:
    -Building itself can be dirty at times
    -Some very noisy neighbors, walls are thin, street level is loud too
    -Older appliances
    -No package room, packages are stolen
