Good first apartment in nyc

Pros

Good location Heat is very good Had problems with mice but it was fixed immediately.

Cons

Not very clean Extremely small for the price Walls are paper thin. Management Company is rude

Advice to the owners

To not overprice a back facing window with no dishwasher or laundry when a street facing apartment with dishwashwer and laundry is $400 a month less

Great space, unique apartment. Love having access to the roof

Cons

We had a few mice and the hallway can get stinky due to the trash closet.
