Living at 422 E 14th street

Pros

I have lived here for 2 years and honestly its been great. This was my first NYC apartment so it was always have a soft spot in my heart. 1. There is a group chat with everyone that lives here and that makes it very easy to coordinate if the washer/dryer is broken or not. 2. Occasionally the hot water has gone out but that was fixed when the landlord bought a new hot water heater. 3. Any maintenance repairs and have been fixed relatively quickly. 4. Never had a package stolen
