    Great Place, Bad Sell

    Pros:
    Our Broker told us there was in building laundry- there is not! Other than that a great place
    Cons:
    - bugs in summer & on stoop
    - walk up only
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing, maybe some pest control

    Friendly building, lots of personality, fairly responsive management

    Great neighbors, lots of personality, responsive super and porter, fairly quiet block but close to everything
    Cons:
    Layouts on some of the units are challenging
    Advice to owner:
    Do what you can to keep the long-time residents in the building, they make it what it is (this coming from a young resident)
