    Very okay building

    Pros:
    Nice neighbors, great live-in super, has an elevator, close to the F subway, responsive to any issues.
    Cons:
    Can only pay through check, which the accounting team will often lose or misplace. No laundry in the building, will occasionally see dead cockroaches in common areas
    Advice to owner:
    allow online payments

    Close to nyu, big, prefect for hosting.
    Cons:
    1st and 1st if pretty noisy and expensive

    The location is great, heat and water pressure are good.
    Cons:
    Can be loud depending if facing the street. Lately there’s been roaches in the lobby. Also, some of the repairs can take forever.

    Responsive super, pretty clean for a old tenement building
    Cons:
    Super Expensive for what you are getting. You are renting for location
