Don’t be fooled
Pros
Location is good, neighborhood is vibrant
Cons
Poorly maintained, difficult management. Pest problem. You can expect to hear back from management quickly, but repairs are shoddy and don’t ever really fix the problem. It’s understood that these buildings are old, but a certain level of upkeep is required that simply hasn’t been put in. You can see that level of neglect along the whole block, frankly. The roaches should pay a portion of rent for all that goes on.

Do better, it’s your business!
