Pros

The lobby is cleaned weekly and is very spacious with a wide staircase.

Cons

Management and maintenance is not very responsive. There was a mouse in my unit, and I was ignored by maintenance. When maintenance did come in to fix the issue, I wasn't notified that they ever entered my apartment, and when I tried to get in contact with them to learn what they did I was ghosted. The building also only covers cold water, so utility bills are very high.

Advice to the owners

Please be more responsive to tenants.

Great building for NYU Students

Pros

Great location, great super (extremely helpful), laundry in building and little gym in basement that we didn’t even know about until after we signed!

Not very big, management does not respond quickly.
