Can't beat location but subpar apartment

Pros:
Great location, updated appliances, decent size living room
Cons:
-Have had some roaches (little and BIG ones) in unit and see them in the hallways occasionally, if you have a unit facing the back you cannot leave your windows open or you'll get so many flies. -Had a leak in ceiling that took way too long to fix. -Super is actually so rude and any issue you might run into he will blame you for. He is extremely condescending and we avoid him at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Better cleaning of the hallways/ virtual doorman system so packages don't get stolen everyday/different super/
