    Pretty Solid Apartment

    Pros:
    Location, Nice bedroom, great super, quick to respond to requests, great natural lighting in the bedroom
    Cons:
    Had the water heater pole running through the rooms making it very hot during the winter even if you try to turn the steam heater off - also steam heaters are very loud
    Advice to owner:
    Make it less hot please

    Pros:
    Really like the management at this apartment. They've been very responsive though we didn't have a lot of occasions to call. Safe environment. Packages always safe.
    Cons:
    Heat always seems to be on but isn't that the case in all of NYC??
