great location, well maintained building, laundry in building, large outdoor courtyard

management super unresponsive, crazy rent increases, water pressure is bad and clogs up my filters super fast, leak in ceiling was never fixed

Pros

Location can't be beat as it's prime EV. Well-maintained studio & 1BR units, and good W/D setup in building

Cons

Yuco Mgmt is the worst landlord/mgmt co I've ever dealt with in NY. Slow response times to everything (incl. when heat went out for weeks during the dead of winter) and crazy rent hikes
