Nice Apartment, Loud Neighbor

Pros:
This was a great apartment, maintained very nicely, updated.
Cons:
I shared a wall with an incredibly disruptive neighbor who could not be kicked out because of rent stabilization rules.
Advice to owner:
Find a way to remove the tenant

Pros:
The super Peter is incredible and takes really good care of the building. The owner was also really nice. Lived there for 6 years.
Cons:
The only con is that it can quite nosy but that’s the drawback of living in the heart of the EV.
