New appliances, good heat and AC when working properly.
Nowhere to put garbage, unresponsive management, pest in the building on several occasions and delays in dealing with them, windows are so thin everything can be heard from outside and there is often construction, the latch system to get into the building was not working for months and the building took months to deal with it.
