Fun place to live, decently managed

Good location in middle of the block away from Ave. Goos for young groups of 3+ Management was decent but sometimes unresponsive
Cons:
Some issues with trash/cleanliness and management selectively responding to tenant issues
Advice to owner:
Invest in maintenance more otherwise the place will be in trouble
