Good location, there was a lot of noise but that’s expected in the east village
Cons:
Heating and hot water were very inconsistent

Terrible Smells and Package Thefts, Good Location

great location. Near all sorts of amazing restaurants etc
Cons:
Man living on first floor emits a terrible smell. Building management is never responsive. Never any huge problems with appliances etc, but little things never got fixed. Small apartment with no amenities. Trash situation and receiving packages are not good
