good first apartment in nyc
Pros
Great location, decent sized rooms and lots of storage in our unit. We loved having a washer/dryer in unit.
Cons
Roaches from time to time and had a run in with a couple of mice. It is an old building so it has its quirks. The rooms in the back are very quiet but the front of the apartment is pretty noisy because it is located street side.
Advice to the owners
Redo the floors!

Location Trash and building is very clean and well done Rent doesn’t go up too much YOY

Unit itself not renovated Super is always slow
