Location, laundry in-unit. only 3 units so nice and quiet. Management/super is responsive.
Bad finishes/renovations, ex. a brick crumbling in my apartment. Loud because of 1st ave facing location/right in front of truck parking. Some safety concern, especially for packages since there is only a glass door.
