great place as long as you are not in the basement

Pros:
building is well maintained and finishes are great. bang for your buck is pretty good too along with location
Cons:
exposed brick is flaking everywhere. impossible to talk with management without submitting maintenance ticket. in basement units the entrance is completely different so delivery drivers are always unable to find your unit.
also there are roaches all over trash room that will sometimes find their way into the unit. my basement unit also had a small ant issue near the window during the summers

Building is in great condition The cleaning service, maintenance service, and the outsourced services are really great and fast.
Cons:
When there were big issues with the building (ex. security) you couldn't really connect with anyone who worked in management. There was a homeless man living in the trash room for a couple months. No live-in super
