Good building, Bad management

Pros:
Modern appliances, good location. Exterminator comes once a month.
Cons:
Super is unresponsive - several of my appliances have been broken since first moving in and one year later, they are still broken. Bad intercom system - packages get stolen.
Advice to owner:
Be more on top of these issues!!!
