    great for young/mid 20s, lots of stuff around the area
    Cons:
    middle of the night noise!

    it was central to many things a mid-20 young professional would want to be close to. bars, yoga/exercise studios, restarants
    Cons:
    it's a bit noisy, saw a few roaches in my time there
    Advice to owner:
    being a little more responsive and personable could go a long way
