Overall Good Experience - a lot I would change

Pros:
The elevator was a nice plus. The roof set up was also great, plenty of seating and space to have friends over. Good natural light on my floor.
Cons:
Laundry in the basement, one of the washing machines was broken the whole time. Inadequate pest control, cockroaches right after I moved in and I'm not even sure if an exterminator came. I can't lower my heat on the furnace, so it's always hot in my apartment. Two of my lights don't work and when they replaced one of them it now flashes and sometimes randomly turns off.
Advice to owner:
Fix your laundry equipment, clean the basement, make sure everything is installed and cleaned before moving new tennants in.

Pros:
new apartments, location near a lot of bars and restaurants and subways, good rooftop (when it's clean)
Cons:
trash management isn't great, cockroaches in building, in apartment, and on rooftops, street isn't the cleanest
Advice to owner:
better manage trash and roaches!
