Mixed Living Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
- amazing location - one of the few pre war buildings with a retrofitted elevator in the neighborhood - renovated lobby - quiet building
Cons:
- apartment was roach infested upon moving in (circa 2019). exterminator comes monthly and things got under control after they sprayed & applied gels - water system is old & needs replacing (unsure if that ever occurred). sometimes sediment could be seen in water - accessing the basement is quite sketchy. it’s only accessible by the lone elevator & is completely cut off from the rest of the building. this is where you must go to deposit trash & recycling and to access the shared w/d - co-op so you must draft up years worth of documentation both for renters and buyers - many of the co-op owners have moved on & now sublease
