Pros:
Nothing to call home about
Cons:
Dirty, mice and big rats running around. Not good heat or hot water. Dirty hallways rug is disgusting on stairwell. Rats in basement
Advice to owner:
Building has a hoarder that contributes to the rat and roach problem. Clean up that apt!
