    Absolute trash
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nobody cares what you do, high ceilings, big space
    Cons:
    The ceilings collapse and everything constantly leaks
    Stuff is broken and never gets fixed, management couldn't care less about upkeep
    The heat is an absolute nightmare, no way to control it and its either a sauna or a freezer in the apartment
    "Don't do email"
    Advice to owner:
    put some money into these apartments, you could charge so much the space is incredible, you just don't care
