Incredible building that cares
Former Tenant
Pros:
The owners actually care about the quality of the apartments and the building. It's and older building but many of the apartments have been renovated by people who actually know what they're doing. Not the cheap and fake corner-cutting renovations most places seem to do.
I rarely had any problems but when I did the building staff was communicative and acted promptly. Best apartment experience I've had in the city.
Cons:
The water pressure on the 5th (top) floor was only "okay". I lived with it for 5 years, but that's kind of standard of top floor apartments so it's hard to complain.
Advice to owner:
Please keep up and love and dedication you've given the building all these years! It's a wonderful place to be.
