Great location, mediocre building

Pros

You cannot find a quieter street in the Village, it is so nice

Cons

The building is very dirty and everything in the apartment is the bare minimum, breakers trip if you turn on the stove and a kettle or the stove and the microwave or anything else. The paint job is lazy and horrible (the toilet is painted over and etc)
