Great super, very quiet (other than the occasional loud neighbor), pretty well-maintained.
Lots of roaches both in the hallways and in unit.
lived here for undergrad at NYU and it was super well located and a good apartment. Neighbors are generally quiet except the courtyard apartment usually attracts loud bros.
