Pros:
a very active and nice location
Cons:
dead mice upon moving in, horrible management company, bedroom walls crumbling onto bed, ceilings falling down, cockroaches falling from living room overhead light, mold covered bathrooms, front door to apartment was held together with a rubber-band causing us to often get locked out or unable to lock it, our downstairs neighbor killed someone (not in the apartment but in general) and a drunk handy man sexual harassment.
Advice to owner:
tear the whole thing down and start over including whoever is in charge
