One of the maintenance men is a sweetheart

Loud, won’t pick up phones and won’t respond to inquiries, won’t fix things when they’re broken unless you reach out multiple multiple times.

Worst building in the city

Literally nothing. It should be shut down (actually it has, by the city, several times)

Cons

Disgusting. Constant Mice. Landlord literally blocked one of our roommates 0 responsiveness. Didn’t have heat all winter. Dishwasher never worked once and was never fixed. Took a month to fix shower. Management incredibly rude. Place was disgusting when we moved in, had never been cleaned: literally tampons on the floors. The rent was very low, but I’m surprised that a place like this is legal. It should be demolished.
